Love Smoothie

Show self love girls with this yummy love smoothie

½ Cup Soya Vanilla Milk or Normal Milk (vanilla brings in its own flavour)

½ cup fresh strawberries (if tart, you may add ½tbsp spoon sugar)

½ banana

6-8 mint leaves

1 tbsp whey protein (optional)

Method

Put all the ingredients in blender & blend , your pink love smoothie is ready

Easy Savory Bread Recipe – Microwave (Bread Poha )

3 Bread Slices – chopped

1 Tbsp Oil

1/2 tbsp Mustard Seeds

1 Green Chilly

1 Cup Mixed chopped  Par Boiled Vegetables ( Potatoes , Beans , Carrots , Peas etc – any vegetables of your choice parboiled)

1/4 tbsp finely chopped ginger

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup yogurt ( dahi )

Salt to taste

Process

  1. Put the oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the mustard seeds and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Add the onions and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once in between after 1 minute.
  4. Add green chillies and ginger, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  5. Add the mixed vegetable , mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute
  6. Add the curd and  bread pieces and salt, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.

 

 

 

Easy Microwave Oats ( Savory ) or Namkeen Oats daliya

  • 1 cup Oats ( ready to cook)
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chili finely chopped
  • 2 small Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1/4 Red Bell-pepper finely chopped
  • 1/4 Yellow Bell-pepper finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera (Cumin)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil

Method

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the oil, jeera, , black pepper and microwave on HIGH for 40 seconds
  2. Add Oats, mix well and cover it. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, stir once in between after 15 seconds.
  3. Add vegetable, chilly powder, salt and 2 cups of hot water and mix well
  4. Cover the bowl with a lid and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes , stir after every 1 minute.
  5. Serve hot.
