Easy Peasy – Anti Aging, Whitening Face Pack ( Green Peas Protein Face Pack)

Green peas are loaded with anti-oxidants and vitamin C that reduces the oxidative damage to the skin and also helps in controlling all the signs of skin aging through nourishment while the pea extract negates the effect of UV rays on the skin by protecting the collagen and elastin of the skin, which are majorly responsible for the skin health and firmness.

What you need

        1. 50 gram: fresh or frozen peas (defrosted)

        3. 1 tsp: rose water my new favourite Khadi Herbal Pure Rose Water (Twin) 420Ml Or my mom’s favourite Dabur Gulabari Premium Rose Water (Skin Toner) – 250 ml

Process :

  • In a blender put in all the ingredients and blend to form a thick paste
  • Apply the pack on your face & neck ( and your elbows, if they are rough and dark )
  • Leave the pack on face for 15 minutes & wash with cold water. Say hello to brighter, clearer looking skin.
  • You can apply this pack once a week.

Life Coaching for Singles – Yes it works

As singles we face frustration and extreme pressure from society and people closest to us . Sometimes an unbearable loneliness fills our heart and makes us feel depressed. I too have been through such a phase and a recent comment from a reader made me realise that its time for me to post about coaching.
