Masala Lassi Cooler


3 cups plain yoghurt

1 cup cold water

1 fresh green chilli, seeded and very finely chopped

½ tsp ground cumin seeds

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh mint leaves

Crushed ice to serve

Pour the yoghurt and water into a blender and blend for one minute. Add in chilli, cumin, mint, salt and pepper and blend together. Serve over crushed ice. Garnish with a sprinkle of cumin powder and finely chopped mint.
